The purpose of the government is the use of political direction and the control exercised over the actions of the members or inhabitants of the communities. Basically the entire state is under its rule but what’s to stop them from manipulating their political power. The government does provide good qualities like instituting government jobs, managing money and taxes accordingly especially with today’s economy and some others as well. That’s what going on in the surface but what’s really going on beneath the surface. Elliot Spitzer is a well known governor for New York City who’s held in office since March 10, 2008. It has been said that throughout his travels he organized a prostitution ring at every function he’s attending. If he was able to organize this prostitution what other politician has disgrace their services. Do politicians have the right to manipulate their power for their own personal use and what other secrecy that’s left uncovered can the American people bare it?

I am twenty two years old, married with children, have no job, my children and loved ones are everything. I enjoy waking up and getting the children off too school. I wash, dry, and fold laundry. Each day I choose to wash dishes by hand to save a few bucks not using the dishwasher. I believe that someday my children will follow along the same path and be as neat as I. I watch the news each day and wonder why some of the things that are going on in America are actually going on, and why the government gets away with so much. The price of a gallon of milk costs more than a gallon of gas, what is up with that? I remember when the price of gas was $1.24 a gallon. It was too long ago for me to actually enjoy those gas prices back then. I would prepay the gas for my mom, and pump it for her. I think the way life is now; the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer. Another thing, why are we helping other countries out with food, money, and water but we can’t even help our own people in our own country?

The problem with the U.S is our politicians’ don’t worry about the people of the U.S. They would rather send money to others country’s than spend more on us. We need to need to get to the point where we can take care of our people. Then buying doing this we can make us grow more and spend less of our money overseas and buy all American products and put people back to work. The government needs to make the paper work for government grants a lot easier to do and cut out all the red tape that goes with it.
There are grants for just about everything you can think of to do but the paper work take’s you forever to get done then they send it back to and say you didn’t cross your t’s.
Our government could put people to work even if it’s picking up trash alongside the highways our around all the lakes and they could pay minimum wage for the work it would get people back to work instead of drawing unemployment our welfare. We spend too much money on welfare for people who could go out and get a job and save our money for people who do need it. I see this all the time just wish I could do that but I was raised well then that my family makes do with what we have and no more.
